I work with organizations that are considered “grassroots” and “small”. A grassroots nonprofit is considered anything with a budget below 1 million. A small nonprofit is considered anything with a budget from 1-5 million.

These nonprofits are often doing big and amazing things to change their corner of the world. With the right vision and leadership, massive impact can be achieved. However, sometimes the work of the nonprofit is held back by the internal issues of the organizations. Over the years I have seen many nonprofits have to manage internal struggles which takes away from the external work they are trying to do.

When we work together, we will assess the areas of opportunity on the internal systems so that most of your effort moving forward is focused on your mission as an organization.
